  • Does Savespace have any lock in period?

    No, we do not have any lock in period.

  • What is the duration for me to access my items?

    We will deliver the requested items within 24 hours. On an urgent basis, it will be within the same day.

  • Do you provide transportation of the items, or do we have to find our own transporter?

    At savespace, we provide the transportation & guess what it is FREE!

  • Do you pack the documents for us into the boxes?

    We unfortunately do not pack the documents into the boxes & this is because we at Savespace respect the privacy of our clients items in the boxes.

  • Do I have a point of contact at all times once I have stored my items?

    Yes. At Savespace we pride ourselves to give our customers the best service & we will assign an Account Manager for you to be your point of contact that you can reach at anytime.

  • How clean is your warehouse?

    At Savespace, we pride ourself to have the cleanest warehouse in town. We have a team of cleaners to ensure the warehouse is extremely clean.
